The firm was formed around a straightforward conviction: the most consequential decisions an owner makes deserve advisors who are present, accountable, and unhurried.
We are compensated for judgment rather than activity. That distinction shapes which engagements we accept, how we counsel through them, and why we often advise clients to wait.
Most of our work arrives by introduction — from clients we have served, and from professionals who know how we conduct ourselves when a transaction becomes difficult.

Founder of 282 Collective and a licensed commercial broker in Texas and Washington, Jawad brings two decades across real estate strategy, sales leadership, and growth consulting. He advises owners and investors with an economist's eye for market fundamentals and builds the firm's culture around connection, candor, and long-horizon judgment.

A strategic real estate professional with a decade of experience spanning investment management and financial analysis, Mohammed leads underwriting and deal structuring across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. He pairs rigorous analysis with practical execution, serving as a trusted consultant to clients through complex acquisitions and dispositions.

Furqaan is the firm's advocate for its investors — responsive, meticulous, and relentless in pursuit of the right opportunity. He sources curated deals through persistent relationship work and holds a standard of client service that treats every question as consequential and every commitment as binding.
